GENERAL SHIPPING POLICIES
PCRGeniX products may ship from multiple locations within the United States. Occasionally items in the same order will need to be shipped from two or more locations. In this event we will notify you and if you receive only part of your order, we will send you tracking information for the remainder of the items when they ship.
Any order over $1,000 will require a signature at delivery.
If your product was damaged during shipping, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt. Customers are responsible for checking their shipment at time of receipt.
If you did not receive your selected shipping method, we will be happy to refund you the difference between the requested and the shipped method.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Any quoted delivery times are estimates only and are stated in BUSINESS DAYS (which does not include weekends or holidays). Orders may take one or more business days to process before shipping due to product availability and size of order. Some orders including customized products may take longer to process.
We do not review, process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
WEB Return Policies
PCRGeniX only accepts returns for damaged and/or unopened products within 30 days of the original purchase date.
If you have received a damaged product, please call or email us immediately.
Please note that merchandise which has been used or altered, cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
Original shipping, handling and return postage are the responsibility of the customer and will not be included in the refund total.
A re-stocking Fee of 25% may be incurred for Returns at the discretion of PCRGeniX.
